An experimental wine part of a small series. An unfiltered wine with a smoky, reductive wine that is built on saltiness instead of fruitiness. 

Alcohol:  12% Vol.

Residual sugar: 0.7 g / l

Acid: 5.9 g / l

Origin: Bolzano locations. 280 meters above sea level. Deep seabeds.

Preparation: Fermentation over three weeks with "dirt and bacon" (whole grape processing). Extending on the lees in used barrels (around 18 months). Year waste. Not filtered.
